Likely of last years we are going to organize hilsa food festival. Already several people started asking.
Probable menu: ilish macher tel diye bhat sathe mach bhaja, kachalanka, piyaj, ilish macher matha diye ghanta, lish bhapa, doi ilish, ilisher jhal, ilisher tak. Baul Sangeet, lottery etc. You may present your performance.
Probable costing: Rs. 400.00. Capacity 40 heads maximum. Please keep an eye for further notification.
