Membership is your discretion, so before taking membership judge all the sides carefully. You will never be requested or approached for membership. Short stay (as guest- daily payment basis, without deposit) for at least 7 days (even several times) is mandatory for getting membership. This is a non-profit democratic service organization. You have right to ask questions for clarification. Never blame afterwards getting membership. Your membership is liable to be rejected by the existing members if you disrupt peace or family concept.
 







NON-RESIDENTIAL MEMBER (NRM)
 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: Single Rs. 40,000, Couple Rs. 60,000, Lock-in-Period: 5yrs.  100% refund without interest.  
Maximum staying one month at a time. 30% deduction in all expenses except some services (see Rate Chart). Rescue operation from house when sick (for members within Kolkata, Howrah & Hooghly). GETTING NRM DOES NOT GUARANTEE PERMANENT MEMBERSHIP.

MME includes: Food at dining room, Cleaning of room, Washing of daily usage clothes, Fortnightly routine health check up, Routine entertainment, Library, Birth day celebration, Room service for max. 7 days in case of acute illness, Electricity max.10 (single)/15 units (couple).                         
Other Paid Services: Room service, Tour, Car, Care provider, Assistance, Extra washing, Medical services, Counseling etc. 40% deduction in all paid services except some services (see Rate Chart).                  

 N.B. Existing members have the power to accept or deny you.  Av.10% price escalation will be occurred in MME from 1st April.  No restriction in entry & exit of members from the premises. Guests of members are always welcome any time any day. They can stay max. one month. RM can stay till death. No guarantor required.  Deposit/ donation is to be paid by cheque/draft/NEFT in favour of ‘THIKANA SHIMLA’. Membership fee is to be paid in cash separately. In case of NRM intend to be RM, the existing deposit (for NRM) will be deducted from the present RM. In every scheme except Scheme A, one   has to start to stay immediately, otherwise members have to pay MME every month whether staying or not. In Scheme A one will get scope of relaxation of 6 months of not staying without taking the key. Existing RM will not get scope to switch over in new schemes
