DAY OUT PROGRAM FOR SENIOR CITIZENS

There were so many places to go out for day-spend, but exclusively places for Senior Citizens is none. Any day of the year, any elder with his family or in their group may come to spend a colorful memorable day.

This rate is indicative to understand. Rate is to be fixed after discussion. Rate is variable on standard of food and types of services. A higher strength of group will lower the per head cost. We are able to serve group up to 200 people.

SHORT STAY

Elders (even bedridden) can stay as guest up to one month. Showing of address proof & ID proof is mandatory. Members of any Senior Citizen organizations will get 10% deduction in prices when staying for short period. ID card must be shown to get deduction. N.B. Short stay (as guest) at least 3 days in daily payment basis (without deposit/ donation) is mandatory for getting Membership. Existing members have the power to accept or deny you. On the other side you will get the scope to judge this organization. Av.10% price escalation will be occurred in MME from 1^st April. No restriction in entry & exit of members from the premises. Guests of members are always welcome any time any day. They can stay max. one month. RM can stay till death. No guarantor required. Deposit/ donation is to be paid by cheque/draft/NEFT in favour of ‘THIKANA SHIMLA’. Membership fee is to be paid in cash separately. In case of NRM intend to be RM, the existing deposit (for NRM) will be deducted from the present RM. In every scheme except Scheme A, one has to start to stay immediately, otherwise members have to pay MME every month whether staying or not. In Scheme A one will get scope of relaxation of 6 months of not staying without taking the key. Existing RM will not get scope to switch over in new schemes.
