NOTICE FOR HALF
YEARLY GENERAL MEETING
Dear Sir/ Madam
You know that our organization is
now become a non-profit service organization. We are doing utmost to serve the
senior citizens. We are not perfect but trying to be perfect. As it is a
democratic organization, every inmate has right to give suggestions and lodge
complaints for their grievances. This half yearly general meeting is the
platform for such. On 21st
July 2013 at 3 pm, you are requested to join the half yearly general
meeting.
The agenda are:
1.
Drainage system
2.
Inverter
3.
Grill door for residential building
4.
Misc.
Every inmate is requested to feel
free to discuss about their grievances. We are trying to solve your problem.
