Puja Bonus for care providers

Likely last years we arrange bonus for care provider which would be collected from inmates. Kitchen staffs’ bonus is always given by the management. Every year it makes a problem to collect money. This year we are circulating the lists of payees and payers with their amount, to be transparent. For next year, organization is thinking to collect money all along the year evenly distributed to 12 months. This will be effective from Oct 2014 onwards. One further notice, fixing the amount will be circulated among the members.

Inmates’ group is collecting money for puja purpose to give gifts to kitchen staffs. Organization has no relation with this collection.

Cash in hand: 14100 – 14030= 70.

We think to start a welfare fund for care providers likely of Sevikas welfare fund. This Rs. 70 will be transferred to that account. IF YOU WANT TO GIVE TIPS PLEASE GIVE IT TO THE FUND AND COLLECT PROPER BILL. This money will be given to them evenly before puja.

We are always trying to be transparent and logical. It is the step. If you have any suggestion in this respect, please feel free to make us known. Help us to be more transparent and logical organization.

Membership is your discretion, so before taking membership judge all the sides carefully. You will never be requested or approached for membership. Ask inmates/ members (phone no. included) about us. Short stay (as guest- daily payment basis, without deposit) for at least 7 days (even several times) is mandatory for getting membership. This is a non-profit democratic service organization. You have right to ask for clarification. Never blame afterwards getting membership. Your membership is liable to be rejected by the existing members if you disrupt peace or family concept.

 

  

NON-RESIDENTIAL MEMBER (NRM)

 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: Single Rs. 40,000, Couple Rs. 60,000, Lock-in-Period: 5yrs.  100% refund without interest.  

Maximum staying one month at a time. 30% deduction in all expenses except some services (see Rate Chart). Rescue operation from house when sick (for members within Kolkata, Howrah & Hooghly). GETTING NRM DOES NOT GUARANTEE PERMANENT MEMBERSHIP.

MEMBERSHIP FEE: Single Rs. 4,000, Couple Rs. 6,000 (once)

RESIDENTIAL MEMBER (RM)

NO ECONOMIC ROOM IS AVAILABLE NOW.  ONLY ONE SHARING MALE SEAT, ONE PREMIUM ROOM AT FIRST FLOOR IS AVAILABLE.

TO GET MEMBERSHIP YOU SHOULD COME AND STAY OFF AND ON AS GUEST. YOU WILL NEVER GET READY MADE ROOM. WE GIVE PRIORITY THE REAL NEED.

REFUNDABILITY OF DEPOSIT (Scheme A): 100% refundable without interest. Lock-in-period 5 years. In case of death before 5 years 100% refund without interest. Nomination available.

SCHEME B: NO DEPOSIT SCHEME

*To be paid in advance. In long term case at least 2 months payment in advance is to be paid. All are non-refundable.

MME includes: Food at dining room, Cleaning of room, Washing of daily usage clothes, Fortnightly routine health check up, Routine entertainment, Library, Birth day celebration, Room service for max. 7 days in case of acute illness, Electricity max.10 (single)/15 units (couple).                         

Other Paid Services: Room service, Tour, Car, Care provider, Assistance, Extra washing, Medical services, Counseling etc. 40% deduction in all paid services except some services (see Rate Chart).                                                                                                                                

N.B. Existing members have the power to accept or deny you.  Av.10% price escalation will be occurred in MME from 1^st April.  No restriction in entry & exit of members from the premises. Guests of members are always welcome any time any day. They can stay max. one month. RM can stay till death. No guarantor required.  Deposit/ donation is to be paid by cheque/draft/NEFT in favour of ‘THIKANA SHIMLA’. Membership fee is to be paid in cash separately. In case of NRM intend to be RM, the existing deposit (for NRM) will be deducted from the present RM. In every scheme except Scheme A, one   has to start to stay immediately, otherwise members have to pay MME every month whether staying or not. In Scheme A one will get scope of relaxation of 6 months of not staying without taking the key. Existing RM will not get scope to switch over in new schemes.

For getting NRM don’t be whimsical, please THINK TWICE, whether it is really needed to you. If you like us, want to come off and on, please come as guest, without investing money as deposit. Please keep in mind, membership is limited. Please give scope to the persons, who need shelter really and immediately.
